short-term rentals, offering a proprietary platform and its own line of devices
to simplify property management. With operations concentrated in a key region of
the U.S. vacation rental market, the company is strengthening its remote team in
Brazil to support and coordinate day-to-day activities abroad. If you enjoy

Role Overview
This is a key role focused on coordinating project delivery after the sale, onboarding new clients, and ensuring a smooth and successful customer journey. You’ll serve as the main
link between clients, technicians, and internal teams to manage installations
and align expectations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and
coordinate the daily schedule of smart device installations and field team
activities;
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment
between field operations and client expectations;
• Oversee the full post-sales
journey, including onboarding, setup, and functional support;
• Create and
update Help Center content, documentation, and user guides based on recurring
issues or product updates;
• Configure automation rules within the platform
during the client setup phase, following established scripts and best practices;
• Use customer service software to log client interactions, keeping
communication organized and updates consistent.
Qualifications and Skills
Required
• Previous experience in customer service, project coordination, or
operational roles — ideally in startups or fast-paced environments;
• Strong
organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently;

Clear and confident communicator, comfortable interacting with both technical
teams and clients;
• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English (written and
spoken);
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Drive, Meet),
ClickUp, Intercom, and similar tools;
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving
approach to daily challenges;
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to
Friday, from 9 AM to 7 PM (Brasília time zone).
